Pita scrambled eggs: the recipe for a quick and savory pie

Ingredients:
- Version #1:
Pita
Spinach
Cabbage kale
Bell pepper
Feta cream cheese
Salt and pepper
Spices to taste
Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
- Version #2:
Tomatoes
Onion
Spinach
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Green onion
Directions:
- Version #1:
1. Place pita bread at the bottom of a mold.
2. Fill with spinach, kale, bell pepper, feta cheese, salt, pepper and spices.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
4. Crack the eggs directly on top of the pie.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 15-25 minutes.
- Version #2:
1. Place pita bread at the bottom of a mold.
2. Fill with slices tomatoes and onion and spinach leaves.
3. Aside, whisk two eggs with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture on top of the pie and add shredded mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake at 200° for 15-25 minutes.
