Homemade borek: the recipe to make it crispy, light and super tasty

Ingredients:
700 g of frozen spinach
Salt and pepper
70 ml of water
170 g of feta cheese
1 leek
1 egg
100 g of mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley
150 ml of melted butter
Sesame seeds
8 phyllo dough sheets
Directions:
1. Cook spinach in a pan with olive oil, water and salt for about 8 minutes. Then let cool completely.
2. Mix spinach, chopped leek, crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, salt and pepper to make the filling.
3. Now brush some melted butter all over phyllo dough sheets and fold them in half.
4. Stuff them with the spinach and feta mixture from before and roll into one long loaf.
5. Then assemble the rolls in a spiral pattern.
6. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds to decorate.
7. Bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
