Stuffed potato omelettes: the original and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp of flour
200 g of mozzarella
Ham slices
50 g of sun-dried tomatoes
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and grate them, then drain excess water.
2. Season with paprika, garlic powder and salt.
3. Whisk the eggs and mix them into the batter. Then stir to blend all of the ingredients.
4. Stir in flour, too.
5. Pour the batter into a pan with hot oil and fry on both sides.
6. Fill with mozzarella, ham and sun-dried tomatoes.
7. Fold the omelettes in half to close.
