Applesauce pancakes: the perfect recipe for a sweet breakfast

Ingredients:

300 g of flour

1 pinch of salt

10 g of baking powder

1/2 tsp of baking soda

1 tsp of cinnamon

250 g of apple sauce

150-170 ml of milk

1 tsp of vanilla essence

2 tbsp of sunflower seeds oil

Directions:

1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

2. Stir in applesauce, milk and vanilla.

3. Lastly, add oil.

4. Cook pancakes in a slightly oiled pan, 2 minutes each side.

5. Serve with banana slices and maple syrup.
