Potato casserole: the savory recipe everyone will love

Ingredients:
1,2 kg of potatoes
Whole milk
Olive oil
Grated cheese
Breadcrumbs
100 g of diced bacon
1 slice of ham
Scamorza cheese
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them in big pieces and pour in water.
2. Boil for 30 minutes.
3. Add milk and mash using a fork.
4. Season with salt and pepper, then add breadcrumbs and olive oil.
5. Brush the bottom of a casserole with some oil and pour the potato mixture in it. Flatten to make an even layer.
6. Fill with scamorza cheese, ham, bacon and grated cheese.
7. Now cover with another layer of potato mixture.
8. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
9. Bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
