Puff pastry star: the recipe for a tasty appetizer to share with your guests

Ingredients:

2 round puff pastry sheets

Ham

Sliced cheese

1 egg

Directions:

1. Spread puff pastry and fill with ham and cheese.

2. Brush the edges with whisked egg.

3. Cover with the other puff pastry sheet.

4. Place a cup in the middle and cut in thin wedges.

5. Remove the cup and roll the ends.

6. Brush again with egg.

7. Bake at 190° for 25-30 minutes.
