Christmas cookies: the original and tasty idea to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
125 g of butter
50 g of icing sugar
1 small egg
50 g of corn starch (you can replace with flour)
200 g of flour (+ or - depending on the size of your egg)
1 pinch of salt
3 g of baking powder
Frosting:
100 g icing sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Food coloring
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix butter, icing sugar and salt.
2. Then add cinnamon, egg, starch, flour and baking powder.
3. Form a loaf and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.
4. Then roll out the pastry and make the shapes you want.
5. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
6. Prepare the icing and decorate the biscuits.
