Cinnamon and apple cookies: the delicious and simple recipe to try

Ingredients:

2 eggs

100 g of brown sugar + extra for coating

80 g of seeds oil

280 g of flour

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 vanillin

1 tbsp of baking powder

1 apple

Directions:

1. Mix eggs, brown sugar and seeds oil in a bowl.

2. Then stir in flour a little bit at a time.

3. Add cinnamon, vanillin, baking powder and diced apple.

4. Shape the cookies and coat them in brown sugar.

5. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
