Apple tongues: the delicious cookie recipe to try!

INGREDIENTS
For the filling:
2 apples
1/2 of lemon (juice)
15g (1 tbsp) of sugar
Cinnamon
15g (1 tbsp) of butter
1 tbsp of apricot jam
For the dough:
1 egg
8g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
1/2 of lemon (juice)
50g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
250g (2 cups) of flour
4g (3/4 tsp) of baking powder
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. Peal the apples, cut them into small pieces, and transfer them to the pan.
2. Add the lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, butter, and cook. After the apples have softened, add the apricot jam and cook for a few minutes. Remove from the pot.
3. In a bowl add the egg, vanilla sugar, and sugar and whisk until sugar dissolves. Add the lemon juice, butter, flour, and baking powder and mix until is well combined.
4. When the dough starts to form, knead with your hands until it becomes smooth and firm.
5. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and roll out the dough. Spread the apple mixture in one half and close it with the other half by pressing with the fingers. At the end close it well pressing with the fork.
6. Cut the dough with the dough cutter and transfer it to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
7. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar.
