Donut knots: a super fluffy brioche to make in a few steps

INGREDIENTS
210ml (3/4 cup) of milk
25g of fresh yeast
50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
1 egg
420g (3 1/2 cups) of flour
4g of salt
40g (1/4 cup) of butter
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the milk, yeast, sugar and egg and mix with the wooden spoon. Add the flour and salt and continue with mixing. When dough start to forming knead it with hands to obtain smooth dough. Finally add the butter and knead to incorporate. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 2 hours, or until is double in volume.
2. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and split it to the 12 pieces. Form the balls and cover with cloth. Let them rise for 20 minutes.
3. After 20 minutes make the ring from the each ball. Place one ring on top of the other and form the shape. Transfer them to the cutting board and cover with cloth. Let them rise for 30 minutes.
4. After time has elapsed fry rolls in a pan with hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve fluffy rolls all together on a serving plate and decorate with powdered sugar.
