Homemade chocolate pralines: the recipe to make them soft and delicious in a few minutes

Ingredients:
180 g of dates
120 g of peanuts
1-2 tbsp of water
100 g of dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Soften the dates by soaking them in hot water for 15 minutes.
2. Toast peanuts: bake them at 180° for about 7-10 minutes. Then finely chop them.
3. Remove the dates' seeds and blend them with a couple of tbsp of water.
4. Mix blended dates with chopped peanuts and stir well.
5. Shape some balls with the mixture and coat them with melted chocolate.
6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
