Puff pastry apple tarts: the quick dessert ready in no time!

Ingredients:
1 rectangular puff pastry sheet
2 apples
Apricot jam
Granulated sugar
Cinnamon powder
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Cut puff pastry in 6 equal rectangles.
2. Define the edges and make some holes with a fork.
3. Brush with water and sugar.
4. Peel the apples and slice them, then place in the middle of the puff pastry rectangles.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and sugar, then brush with some jam diluted water.
6. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
7. Brush again with jam and decorate with powdered sugar.
