Crispy eggplant: the recipe for a tasty side dish to try

Ingredients:
150 g of flour
250 g of very cold water
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
5/6 tbsp of oregano
2 eggplants
Olive oil
Frying oil
Directions:
1. Mix flour, dried oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Now gradually stir in water.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you're ready to use it.
4. Cut eggplants in thick slices.
5. Season breadcrumbs with oregano and salt.
6. Dip eggplant slices in the batter, then coat them in the breadcrumbs mix.
7. Bake at 200° for 40 minutes. Or fry them in hot oil until golden on both sides.
