Quince log: the tasty and original dessert ready in no time

Ingredients:
1 kg of quince
1 kg of quince
1 kg of sugar
Half a lemon juice
Half a cup of water
Directions:
1. Cut the fruit in wedges and wash thoroughly.
2. Now place in a pot with water and boil.
3. Cook at medium-high heat for 20 minutes.
4. Drain and let cool. Then cut off the middle part with seeds and peel.
5. Blend using a hand mixer.
6. Aside mix sugar, water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil stirring continuously so that it doesn't stick to the bottom.
7. When the syrup is thick and golden enough, stir in quince puree from before.
8. Let cook for 15-20 minutes.
9. Pour the mixture in a mold and let cool at room temperature.
