Puff pastry bundles: the recipe for a delicious last minute dessert

Ingredients:
Puff pastry
1 egg
600 ml of cream
Powdered sugar
Cream filling as you like
Directions:
1. Cut puff pastry in squares and place them in a tray.
2. Brush with whisked eggs.
3. Bake at 200° until they're puffy and golden.
4. Meanwhile make the filling by whipping cream and powdered sugar, then stir in 2 tbsp of the spreadable cream you prefer: hazelnut, chocolate, white chocolate ecc.
5. Cut the bundles and stuff them using a piping bag.
6. Decorate the top with the cream you choose.
