Homemade churros: how to make them perfect with a bottle

Ingredients:
250 ml of water
2 and a half tbsp of sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
Half a tsp of vanilla sugar
50 g of butter
160 g of flour
2 eggs
250 g of vegetable oil
Hazelnut cream
Directions:
1. For starters, cut a star shape into the cup of an empty plastic bottle: you'll need this later to shape the churros.
2. Mix water, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and butter in a pan.
3. Dissolve on the stove and stir well.
4. When it boils add flour and continue cooking at low heat.
5. When dough is smooth turn off the stove and stir in eggs.
6. Place the dough in the bottle and shape churros.
7. Fry them in boiling oil until golden.
8. Serve them with hazelnut cream.
