Mini meatloaf in a pan: the original and savory recipe

Ingredients:

1 onion

Olive oil

Salt

Chili pepper

650 g of meat

1 egg

Pepper

2 tbsp of breadcrumbs

Fresh parsley

150 g of mozzarella cheese

100 g of breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil

Directions:

1. Stir fry diced onion in pan with oil and salt. Then add chili pepper too.

2. Blend meat and mix it with egg, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs and the vegetables from the pan.

3. Shape the meatloaf and stuff with mozzarella cheese. Then coat them with breadcrumbs.

4. Cook in a pan with hot oil until golden on both sides.
