Chocolate shortcrust sticks: perfect with tea or coffee!

INGREDIENTS
260g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
110g (1 cup) of powdered sugar
1 lemon (zest)
1 egg
140g (1/2 cup) of butter
Chocolate (melted)
Chopped hazelnut
METHOD
1. In a food processor add the flour, powdered sugar, lemon (zest), egg, and butter and mix to combine.
2. Transfer the batter to the cutting board covered with parchment paper and add one more parchment paper on top. Roll out the dough and transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.
3. After time has elapsed cut the rolled dough on a stick and transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Transfer to the oven and bake at 160°C/320°F for 20 minutes.
4. After baking dip in one side of the stick in chocolate and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
5. Serve them all together on a serving dish.
