Three-layers fluffy cake: the recipe for a dessert that melts in your mouth

Ingredients:
- For the custard:
2 eggs
15 g vanilla sugar
150 g of sugar
50 g of flour
600 ml of milk
180 g of room temperature butter
- For the sponge cake:
150 g of flour
10 g of corn starch
10 g of baking powder
4 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
120 g of sugar
4 egg yolks
20 ml of vegetable oil
- For the syrup:
50 g of white chocolate
80 ml of warm milk
Directions:
1. Custard: mix eggs with sugar and flour in a pan. Then add milk and let it thicken. Set aside. Let cool and stir in butter.
2. Sponge cake: mix flour, corn starch and baking powder. Aside, whisk egg whites with sugar, then stir in egg yolks. Mix these two batters and add oil. Pour in a mold and bake at 170° for 40 minutes.
3. Syrup: melt white chocolate with some warm milk.
4. Now assemble the cake.
