Cream pudding cups: the recipe for a quick and fresh dessert

Ingredients:
200 ml of milk
300 ml of cream
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla pod)
3 gelatin sheets (6 g)
Jam
Cold water
Directions:
1. Hydrate gelatin in cold water.
2. Mix milk, cream and sugar in a pot.
3. Season with vanilla.
4. Cook at low heat to warm it up and completely dissolve sugar.
5. Turn off the stove and add strained gelatin, now stir to blend it in.
6. Pour the mixture in some cups.
7. Refrigerate overnight.
8. Lastly add jam and nuts on top.
