Savory crepes: the recipe for a tasty and original meal

The sweet and nice italian "nonna" Iris is making savory crepes today. A simple and tasty idea for your lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
1 egg
Salt
125 g of cake flour
1/4 cup of water
20 g of butter
250 ml of butter
Directions:
1. Whisk egg and salt in a bowl.
2. Then add water, flour, milk and melted butter.
3. Stir until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
4. Cover with some plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
5. Cook crepes and stuff as you like.
