Savory zucchini in a pan: the recipe for a light and simple side dish

Ingredients:

2 zucchini

7 garlic cloves

Parsley

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

Directions:

1. Cut zucchini in thick slices.

2. Finely chop garlic and parsley.

3. Fry zucchini in pan with some oil and cook at medium heat on both sides.

4. In a clean pan cook garlic and parsley with some oil for about 3 hours.

5. Season with salt and pepper, then add zucchini and cook them for a minute in the seasoning.
