Polka dot roll: the recipe for a delicious and beautiful dessert

Ingredients:
3 room temperature eggs
120 g of granulated sugar
1 packet of vanillin
120 g of sunflower seeds oil
120 g of cake flour
Half a packet of baking powder
1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar and vanillin in a bowl.
2. Add oil and flour a little bit at a time.
3. Lastly add baking powder too.
4. Now set aside a couple of tbsp of batter and mix them with cocoa powder.
5. Make dots with cocoa batter on a tray covered in baking paper.
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190° for 3 minutes.
7. After that cover with the white batter.
8. Bake again for another 10 minutes.
9. When it's still hot, fill as you like.
10. After that roll and wrap in plastic.
11. Let cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
