Small trees: beautiful and delicious!

A tasty dessert to try!
INGREDIENTS
280g (2 cups + 2 tbsp) flour
150g butter
1 egg
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
90g powdered sugar
500g Vanilla cream
Powdered sugar for decorating
METHOD
- Whisk the softened butter with the powdered sugar until you get a light and frothy cream. Add the egg and mix until combined. Add the sifted flour together with the baking powder and mix until smooth.
- Form a ball, wrap it in parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After the time has passed, take the biscuit dough and roll it out to 5 mm with a rolling pin.
- Cut rings of different sizes and arrange the biscuits on a large baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake the biscuits at 160 ° C for 15-16 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool completely on the rack.
- Whip the vanilla cream and make a tree. Row from the largest to the smallest biscuits, with the cream in between. Sprinkle sugar on each tree.
