Puff pastry tree: appetizing and perfect as a Christmas appetizer!

A fun snack that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS

100g of all-purpose flour;

A pinch of cayenne pepper

A pinch of salt;

50g of Parmesan cheese;

50g of cheddar cheese, grated;

100g of butter;

30g of green olives;

Beaten egg for brushing.

METHOD

Combine the flour with the cayenne pepper, salt, Parmesan, cheese, butter and knead to form a crumbly dough. Add the green olives cut into small pieces and mix into a compact dough.
Let it chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and make small trees with a cookie mold. Transfer them to the pan.
Brush the beaten egg and sprinkle the parmesan on the biscuits.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 10 minutes.
