Chickpeas salad: the tasty and refreshing meal to try

Ingredients: 
500 g of cooked chickpeas 
80 g of cheese flakes
70 g of rocket salad
2 tomatoes 
1 onion 
EVO oil 
Salt 
 
Directions:
1. For starters make sure to carefully wash all the ingredients.
2. Mix chickpeas, diced tomatoes, rocket salad, onion, cheese oil and salt in a large bowl. 
3. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. 
4. You can serve this salad with some bread croutons.
