Rice stuffed bell peppers: the recipe for the original and tasty meal

Ingredients:
600 g of rice
400 g of diced bell peppers
Extra virgin olive oil
1 onion
1 garlic clove
500 g of tomato sauce
8 bell peppers
Fresh basil
Directions:
1. Dice the bell peppers.
2. In a pan stir fry chopped onion and garlic.
3. When the onion's soft, add bell peppers with salt and pepper.
4. Let cook and pour in tomato sauce and a little bit of water.
5. Meanwhile, carve the bell peppers and get rid of any seeds.
6. Add cooked bell peppers to rice and blend well.
7. Fill the peppers, place them in a tray and add water and a drizzle of olive oil.
8. Bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
