Quick millefeuille with berries: the delicious dessert with no baking needed

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
5 eggs (250 g)
60 g of sugar
1/3 tsp of salt
220 g of flour
600 ml of milk
40 ml of vegetable oil
- For the filling:
230 g of cream cheese
180 g of sour cream
180 g of cream
70 g of powdered sugar
- For the berries' mousse:
90 ml of water
15 g of gelatin
600 g of mixed berries
140 g of sugar
100 ml of water
20 ml of lemon juice
Directions:
1. In a large bowl pour eggs, sugar, salt, flour and half the milk.
2. Mix everything using a hand blender.
3. Then add the rest of the milk and oil.
4. Oil a pan, heat it up and cook the crepes until you finish all of the batter.
5. For the filling just mix cheese, sour cream, cream and powdered sugar.
6. Start assembling the cake alternating crepes and filling.
7. Let cool in the fridge.
8. Mean while hydrate the gelatin and let rest for 7-10 minutes.
9. In a saucepan mix berries, sugar, water and lemon juice.
10. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes.
11. Let cool and add hydrated gelatin from before.
12. Pour the mousse on the cake.
13. Let cool the cake in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
