This ice cream will be a hit!

INGREDIENTS

210 g (1 1/2 cup) cherries

6-7 strawberries

50g (1/3 cup) blackberries

50g (1/3 cup) blueberries

375g (1 1/2 cup) condensed milk, sweetened

For decoration (optional):

Mint leaves

Cherries

METHOD

Remove the stem from the cherry and hold the fruit between two fingers. Take a chopstick and place the smaller end into the stem hole. Gently but firmly press the pit with a chopstick and push it out of the cherry. Continue with the remaining cherries.
Cut strawberries into halves or quarters.
Place all berries into a freezer for at least 3 hours.
Transfer berries to a food processor, add condensed milk and process until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the received mixture into a metal or glass bowl, close with a lid and freeze overnight.
When set, scoop ice cream into a bowl, decorate with some cherries and mint leaves if you want and enjoy!
