Looking for an easy vegan ice cream recipe to make at home? We'd like to introduce you to Nice Cream, a yummy healthy ice cream with fresh fruits!

Vanilla Berry Bliss:

INGREDIENTS

• 3 bananas, sliced and frozen

• 2 tbsp almond milk

• 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

• 1 tsp vanillin

METHOD

Place bananas and almond milk in a food processor and mix until smooth. Add mixed berries and vanilla. Mix.

Chocolate Cream:

INGREDIENTS

• 3 bananas, sliced and frozen

• 2 tbsp almond milk

• 1 tbsp cocoa powder

• 2 tbsp sliced vegan dark chocolate

• 2 tbsp chopped salted peanuts

• 1 tbsp chopped banana chips

METHOD

Put the bananas, almond milk and cocoa powder in the food mixer and mix until smooth. Add chocolate, peanuts and banana chips and mix.

Pistachio:

INGREDIENTS

• 3 bananas, sliced and frozen

• 2 tbsp almond milk

• 1/4 tsp almond extract

• 1/3 cup chopped pistachios

• 1 tsp pistachio powder

• 1 tbsp pistachios for decoration

METHOD

Put bananas, almond milk, almond extract in a food processor. Mix until smooth. Add the pistachios. Mix.
