Tuna stuffed bell pepper: the recipe for a tasty dish

Ingredients:
9 small bell pepper
Fresh parsley
1 garlic clove
1 onion
6 green olives
Salt
Olive oil
180 g of tuna
Oregano
60 g of grated cheese
Directions:
1. Finely chop garlic and onion, then put 1 tsp of it into each bell pepper.
2. Season with salt and oil.
3. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
4. Meanwhile mix parsley, olives, tuna, oregano and grated cheese. Blend well to make the stuffing.
5. Fill the peppers with it and finish baking at 180° for another 20-25 minutes.
