Pizza-flavored twisted bread: the savory recipe perfect as an appetizer

Ingredients:
300 g of flour
100 g of re-milled semolina flour
160 g of warm milk
100 g of slightly warm water
25 g of extra virgin olive oil
10 g of salt
8 g of fresh brewer's yeast
Tomato sauce
Oregano
120 g of provola cheese
100 g of shredded ham
50 g of grated cheese
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix milk, water and yeast. Stir well.
2. Then add flour, oil and salt.
3. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
4. Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
5. Move the dough onto a floured work surface and fold it.
6. Let rest for another 15 minutes.
7. Spread the dough until you get a thin sheet.
8. Season tomato sauce with salt, oil and oregano.
9. Brush a thin layer of sauce onto the dough, then sprinkle with ham and cheese.
10. Fold the dough to close it, then cut in stripes about 2,5 cm wide.
11. Twiste them.
12. Place them onto a tray covered in baking paper.
13. Let rise again for another 30 minutes.
14. Brush with olive oil, then bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for about 18-20 minutes.
