Baked meatballs: the recipe to make them soft and juicy

Ingredients: 
600 g of ground veal 
200 g of onion 
1 garlic clove 
Fresh parsley 
Oregano 
30 g of grated cheese 
1 egg 
Salt 
EVO oil 
 
Directions: 
1. Finely chop garlic, parsley and onion. 
2. Mix meat, salt, pepper, cheese, egg and chopped vegetables. 
3. Knead to combine all the ingredients. 
4. Shape the meatballs and place them in a baking tray. 
5. Drizzle with some olive oil. 
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
