Zucchini sticks au gratin: the simple and delicious side dish to try

Ingredients:

Zucchini

Breadcrumbs

Flour

Egg

Origan

Grated cheese

salt

Oil

Directions:

1. After washing them, cut the zucchini into sticks.

2. Thread them on skewers.

3. Season with salt.

4. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

5. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese and oregano.

6. Dip the courgettes first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

7. Arrange the courgettes in a pan and pour a drizzle of oil.

8. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
