No-bake caramel treats: the easy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
250 g of sugar
65 g of butter
200 ml of whipping cream
1,5 tsp of instant coffee
Half a tsp of salt
150-170 g of milk chocolate
50 g of chopped toasted almonds
9 dry biscuits
Directions:
1. Melt sugar in a pan at medium heat, stirring from time to time.
2. When it's completely melted add butter and cream, then stir to combine all the ingredients.
3. Also add instant coffee and salt.
4. Cook everything for 5 minutes, sift and let cool in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
5. Whisk the caramel and place in the freezer again for 15 minutes more.
6. Melt milk chocolate.
7. Now assemble the treats creating a chocolate layer and let it harden.
8. Whisk caramel again, then add almonds.
9. Use this mixture the fill the inside of the treats using a piping bag.
10. Make the base with the biscuits and cover with more melted chocolate.
11. Let cool for 15 minutes, then decorate.
