Zucchini and ricotta fritters: the easy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
2 medium-sized zucchini
Salt and pepper
50 g of ricotta cheese (or cream cheese)
Fresh parsley
40 g of grated cheese
1 medium-sized egg
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
150 g of greek yogurt
Half a lemon juice
1 garlic clove
Extravirgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Grate zucchini and squeeze them to get rid of excess water.
2. Place them in a bowl and add salt, pepper, grated cheese, ricotta, parsley, egg and oil.
3. Shape the fritters and coat them with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat some olive oil and cook the fritters.
5. Make some yogurt sauce to serve with your fritters.
