White wine meatballs: the recipe to make them juicy and savory

Ingredients:
500 g of minced meat
2 eggs
60 g of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
1 garlic clove
Fresh parsley
2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
1 carrot
1 onion
1 stalk of celery
Vegetable oil
Half a glass of white wine
Rosemary
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix meat, whisked eggs, cheese, chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
2. Mix to combine all the ingredients.
3. Add breadcrumbs, then shape the meatballs using your hands.
4. Dice celery, carrot and onion.
5. In a large pan pour some oil and stir fry your meatballs.
6. Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Now pour some white wine and water.
8. Season with salt and rosemary sprigs.
9. Put a lid on and cook everything for 10 minutes.
