No bake creamy cheesecake: the recipe for a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the base:
100 g of dry biscuits
40 g of butter
- For the cream:
200 g of cream cheese
130 g of yogurt
150 g of Lotus cream
50 g of powdered sugar
5 g of sheet gelatin
25 g of cold water
150 g of whipping cream
- For the base:

- For the topping:
100 g of Lotus cream
Directions:
1. Finely chop the biscuits and add melted butter.
2. Use this mix to make the cheesecake base in a mold.
3. Let harden in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Hydrate the gelatin.
5. Meanwhile mix cheese, sugar, yogurt and cream.
6. Also add whipping cream and blend well.
7. Lastly add hydrated and melted gelatin.
8. Cover the biscuit base with the cream you just made, then let cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
9. For the topping melt the cream in a water bath and pour it on top of the cake.
10. Let cool in the fridge for 4 hours.
11. Decorate with crumbled biscuits.
