Soft chocolate biscuits: the quick recipe for delicious treats

Ingredients:
- For the dough
75 g of butter
60 g of brown sugar
1 egg
1 g of salt
30 g of milk chocolate
185 g of cake flour
15 g of cocoa powder
5 g of baking powder
- For the chocolate filling:
50 g of milk chocolate
20 g of warm milk
- For decoration:
Chopped pistachios
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate in a water bath.
2. In a bowl mix butter, sugar and salt. Blend well.
3. Then add melted chocolate from before, egg, flour, cocoa and baking powder.
4. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 10 minutes, covered with some plastic wrap.
5. Using your hands make some balls out of the dough and place them on a baking tray covered in baking paper.
6. Make a hole in the middle of every biscuit, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for 11/12 minutes.
8. Let cool completely.
9. Meanwhile melt chocolate in a water bath with some warm milk.
10. Let cool this mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
11. Fill the biscuits and decorate with some chopped pistachios.
