Potato and ham fritters: the quick and savory recipe to try

Ingredients:
1 onion
Salt
Chili pepper
2 potatoes
Boiling water
Black pepper
100 g of ham
1 egg
2 tbsp of corn starch
Directions:
1. Finely chop onion and chili pepper, then stir fry them in a pan with some olive oil and season with salt.
2. Grate the potatoes, put them in a bowl and soak them in boiling water for 15 minutes.
3. Drain and squeeze them to get rid of excess water.
4. Add cooked vegetables from the pan and season with black pepper.
5. Also add ham cut in thin stripes, the egg and corn starch. Mix using a spoon to combine all the ingredients.
6. Using a spoon make some fritters with the potato dough and fry them in vegetable oil until golden on both sides.
