Caramel and banana layered cake: the recipe for a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the cake:
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
80 g of sugar
30 ml of vegetable oil
50 ml of milk
80 g of flour
20 g of cocoa powder
- For the caramel:
220 g of sugar
100 g of butter
160 g of cream
1/2 tsp of salt
- For the cream:
400 g of cream cheese
30 g of powdered sugar
2 bananas
100 g of milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
- For decoration:
150 g of milk chocolate
30 g of vegetable oil
60 g of sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar and salt for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Then add oil, milk and (sifted) flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
4. Now make the caramel by melting the sugar in a saucepan with butter. Add cream, too.
5. Refine the cake by cutting the top of, then divide into three equal layers.
6. Make the cream by simply mixing cheese, powdered sugar, whipping cream and vanilla.
7. Assemble your dessert by alternating cake layers (wet with some milk), cream, banana slices and caramel.
8. Let cool in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
9. Now mix chocolate and oil and melt it in the microwave. Then add sesame seeds.
10. Use this mixture to coat the cake.
