Chocolate dorayaki: how to make these amazing japanese pancakes

Ingredients:
2 eggs
70 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
250 m milk
30 ml vegetable oil
180 g flour
5 g baking powder
30 g cocoa
1 pinch of salt
100 ml whipping cream
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
150 g cream cheese
150 g chocolate to melt with a tablespoon of oil
 
Directions:
1. Dough: mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add milk and oil. Finally sift and add flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt.
2. Form into a uniform mixture and cook the dorayaki in a non-stick pan.
3. Whip the cream and add the cheese and icing sugar.
4. Stuff the dorayaki and dip them in the melted chocolate.
