Pickled stuffed cherry hot pepper: the tasty and easy recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg of cherry hot pepper
5 bay leaves
6 cloves
1 liter of water
1 liter of wine vinegar
coarse salt to taste
7 cans of tuna
1 tablespoon of desalted capers
1/2 liter of seed oil
1/2 liter of extra virgin olive oil
Previously sterilized jars
Directions:
1. Before starting to prepare this recipe remember to wear gloves. 2. Cut the cherry peppers and empty them from the seeds.
3. Boil water, vinegar, cloves and bay leaves.
4. Then put the peppers to boil for 2-3 minutes.
5. Dry them upside down on a kitchen towel.
6. Meanwhile, mix the tuna and capers, then stuff all the chillies. 7. Put them in the jars and pour the two types of oil.
8. Do not close them for an hour, this way all the excess area will come out.
