Steak and Mushroom Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
2 Red Peppers.
350g Steak, something like sirloin is ideal.
150g Onion.
200g Mushrooms.
8 Slices Cheese (Gouda is good).
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder.
¼ Tsp Dried Oregano.
¼ Tsp Dried Basil.
¼ Tsp Dried Thyme.
Olive Oil.
Cooking Oil.
Salt.
Pepper.
Instructions:
Cut your pepper in half and remove the seeds and membranes.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and roast in the oven for 25 minutes ate 180°C or 350F.
Dice your onion and slice your mushrooms and thinly slice your steak.
Add some neutral cooking oil to a pan and quickly fry your steak for 2-3 minutes over a high heat ensuring you season with salt and pepper.
Remove from the pan and add more cooking oil and fry your onions and mushrooms and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add the oregano, basil, thyme and garlic powder and return the beef and stir to combine.
Add a slice of cheese to the base of each pepper, then top with the beef mix and then another slice of cheese.
Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until bubbling and hot.
