Ingredients:

180 g minced meat

160 g cooked rice

60 g cheese

1 egg

70 g chopped ham

6 olives

1 garlic teeth

20 g breadcrumbs

Salt and black pepper

Directions:
1.In a bowl mix meat, rice, cheese, ham, olives, egg, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper..
2.Empty the bell peppers and stuff them with the meat mixture,
3.Place the bell peppers in a baking tray and season them with olive oil.
4.Bake at 170° for about 20 minutes.
