Homemade Italian focaccia: how to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
400g all-purpose flour
250ml water
10g yeast
seed oil
Salt to taste.
Directions:
1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in water.
2. Then add the flour, oil and salt.
3. Work everything well and form a homogeneous dough.
4. Let it double in volume.
5. Then put it in the fridge for 18 hours.
6. Then roll out the dough into a pan and cover it for 15 minutes.
7. Season it with oil, salt and bake at 220 ° for 25 minutes.
