Ingredients:

Olive oil
Dried oregano
Parsley
Eggs 2
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp

Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
2. Cut the onions and fry them in hot oil with a little oregano.
3. Mash the potatoes and add the onion, then add the parsley.
4. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sour cream, flour and pepper.
