Ice cream cake: the delicious dessert without oven

Ingredients:
Base: 200 gr of petit biscuits
100 gr of melted butter
Eggnog ice cream ingredients:
2 egg yolks
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of marsala
250 ml of fresh cream
50 grams of condensed milk
Bi-flavor ice cream ingredients:
500 ml of fresh cream
250 grams of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
Decoration:
ice cream biscuit
crumbled cookies
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Mash the mixture on the bottom of the mold.
2. Zabaglione cream: mix the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the marsala and cook in a bain-marie. Whip the cream and add the condensed milk and the cream with the eggs. Pour on the base and put in the freezer.
3. Two flavor ice cream: whip the cream with the condensed milk and divide the cream in half. In one of the two add the cocoa.
4. Complete the cake and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
