Lemon brownies: the fluffy and tasty alternative to absolutely try

Ingredients:
150 g all purpose flour
170 g of butter
150 g of sugar
3 eggs
70 ml of lemon juice
zest of 1 lemon
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Ingredients for the glaze:
70 g of powdered sugar
lemon juice to taste
 
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast and butter.
2. Then add the eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest and salt.
3. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
4. Icing: Mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice until the icing is uniform.
5. Decorate the brownies and serve them.
