Zucchini casserole: the tasty recipe to enjoy with your family

Ingredients:

4 Zucchini

Smoked scamorza cheese 350g

Olive oil

Breadcrumbs 100g

Parmesan cheese 100g

Salt and pepper

Basil leaves

Directions:

1. Cut the zucchini into thin slices.

2. Then cut the scamorza into slices.

3. Start to assemble the flan alternating oil, scamorza, basil, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper.

4. Completed all layers fired at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
